This extension cable is a must. When work from home started and all our meetings shifting to videoconference, I found myself using headphones for privacy and to prevent inconveniencing others. Standared headphone cords are rather short and prevent me from moving about, but this cord is great in that I can now get up and move while still listening to my meetings. The quality of the sound is great for both listening and speaking.The cable itself is fabric covered and has a right angle connector so it sits more flush to the computer or tablet which is what I wanted.I bought thw 12ft and it is a bit much for me, but still comes in handy!

Exactly what I needed and learning from a mistake of ordering a previous cord, this is it. Need a three ring on the male end to make the microphone work on the in ear headphones. I could not be happier, for gaming, I made no adjustments hooking it up to my PC, and in Discord found it just fine. There is no static at all if you move, the ends are tight. Would buy again.

I didn't purchase this audio extension cable for an audio application, and I don't know what the term "sheerness" in the context of an audio cable means, so I've provided no star ratings for sheerness, volume control, or audio quality. I can tell you that this extension cable makes a superb extension for an astronomical telescope electronic automatic focusing (EAF) module. It allows me to control inward or outward telescope focus in two different speeds from the comfort of a position under a large solar umbrella while conducting solar observations rather than being "UV'd" to death. The cable is well made and copes with the frequent bending and unbending that comes with equipment set up and tear down. I'm very pleased with it for the purpose I use it for. I can't vouch for it's compatibility with other brands of electronic focusers, but it provides a perfectly functional extension for a ZWO brand EAF hand controller, which is limited by an OEM cable that is just too short to be very helpful by itself.

So I got this because some quarantine I've had to work from home. My headset at home wasn't wireless which meant every time is move around I would accidently disconnect. I figured if I could extend the cable I could avoid having to buy a wireless headset. My plan worked at first, but in about a week whenever I would use this extension I would hear complaints that I sounded far away. When I would exclude the cable everything worked fine. I could still hear fine but nobody could hear me. I eventually but the bullet and got a wireless headset.

Works very well with Nintendo Switch. Needed it to extend my gaming headset to the switch when docked and using in game voice chat for Warframe/Fortnite etc.

Bought this extender for my Nephew so he doesn’t have to sit so close to the tv when playing his switch on the tv connected to his headphones. It’s length is perfect and he’s far enough from the tv to enjoy his games and don’t have to hear his excuse about the cord on his earphones are to short. Well worth the buy

Does good to hook my gaming 🎧s to my Nintendo switch hooked in to the TV so I can talk and sit comfortably far far away because sometimes I spend so much time with her that I need some space.

I had purchased several audio extension cables and none of them before this one supported the headphone microphone as well as the listening part of the headphones. This cable works great with both the headphones and the microphone and is a great length. I currently use mine as a headset for my Nintendo Switch and it works very well. Would highly recommend.
