My Frenchie got the idea really quickly. I put just a few treats in to start with and she worked hard to get them. I keep adding to the amount of treats and she is loving the challenge. It is very bright and feels quite sturdy. It's hard to get an interactive toy that she can use due to her short snout but this is perfect for her.

Our dogs now use this snuffle mat as their main food server, and honestly, they won’t go back to a normal bowl. They absolutely love it and get excited every day trying to sniff out and find their food. We looked at so many snuffle mats online, but this one really stood out from the rest. The design is excellent! It holds food well and keeps them mentally stimulated while they eat. A huge bonus is the easy roll-up design with straps and how sturdy it is. Because it’s made from a more felt-like material, the dogs finally have something they don’t want to chew, which makes it feel much safer for a lot of dogs. Rolling it up makes taking it on the move super simple, whether that’s for travelling or just neatly popping it away at home. I bought this snuffle mat hoping to provide my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a bit of gentle nosework. Something calming. Sophisticated. Refined, like her breed is meant to be. What I actually got was total carnage. She doesn’t sniff delicately or forage like a woodland sprite. She charges in like a furry battering ram. Kibble ends up everywhere — under the sofa, in plant pots, once inside the sleeve of my coat. I don’t even know how. She loves it, of course. Thinks it’s the best thing since sliced sausage. Her eyes go wide, tail starts thumping, and off she goes like she’s in the finals of Crufts: Extreme Edition. Only minor gripe is it comes rolled up tighter than a Swiss roll. Took a fair bit of flattening and still curls at the edges like a rebellious poster. Might need an iron or a couple of tins of beans to calm it down. To be fair, the mat’s holding up far better than expected. No tears, no loose stitching, just the occasional whiff of beef gravy. It’s easy to clean too, which is handy when your Cavalier treats it like an all-you-can-eat buffet under siege. Overall, great fun for her. Mild chaos for me. If your dog is more "undercover maniac" than "pampered princess", this one’s worth a go.

This is incredible, my 12 week old Jack russell absolutely loves it. He wasn't overly fussed by his dry food but putting it in this has changed that. It's made his little brain work and you can see his natural hunting instincts come out. We put about half an egg cup in at a time and it takes him about 15 minutes to find every piece. Really wish I'd had it last week during the heatwave as it would've been something he could've done indoors to keep his brain busy. Highly recommend, nice size, great that it has a variety of 'tasks' and isn't all the same pattern and style, easy to roll up and store, bright fun colours too.

Kind of expensive for what it is, but was a decent emergency dog entertainment purchase following necessary crate confinement. Be careful that you watch when your dogs play with this, as there are pieces that are easy to tear off and ingest, as the felt is low quality. They had fun with it though, and we like that you can effectively flat-pack it and roll it back up for transportation. There's a good diverse range to keep them busy but these are border collies so they're almost too smart for it.

My dog loves this. Lots of different component's and places to put treats. We have used this as breakfast routine as she loves it and have got another one. Material quality is good and easy to clean. It's also been made with strong thread too so does not pull or come apart when yoir dog is using it.

This was probably my best purchase since getting the pup! The same portion size of food he would guzzle down in 40 seconds in his slow feeder bowl took him 30 minutes to eat!! Not only is it a soft felt material it also has grippers on the bottom so it doesn’t slide about everywhere. The colours are perfect as they’re ones a dog can see so he was excited before i even put the food in it. It’s a decent size and will so well for him as he gets bigger. It’s absolutely worth the money. Kept him occupied for so much longer than anything else i’ve offered him and would 100% recommend to other doggy owners with speedy eaters.

Great snuffle mat. I had it for my border collie puppy (2 months old when he first had it) It lasted him just short of 2 months before some of the fabric started to fray and come apart/tear so I replaced it for a different one. My dog loved it though, as a very food motivated puppy he enjoyed finding his food out of all the areas and there was always plenty of room so it definitely slowed down his eating. To what degree I would say maybe 5 minutes as he would always go back and check each area. Nothing seemed to rip or tear when he was getting the food out so it was safe for him to use, still supervised ofcourse. I would just say to keep a close eye as some fabric sections would be easier then others to chew/pull off. Only reason for 4/5 stars for me personally is just because after some washes the fabric did start to bobble and fray as well as some areas not being able to stay upright well but other then that a great product!

She loved to play with this rug! I hid some of her toys in the spaces of the rug and she spent long time trying to recover them. It was fun as well when I dropped few grains of her food, she was sniffing trying to find them.

Ich habe 2 Maine Coons. Eine der beiden ist sehr intelligent und daher schnell gelangweilt und macht dann Radau. Ich habe irgendwann angefangen, Intelligenzspielzeuge für Hunde mit ihr auszuprobieren. Schnüffelmatten liebt sie sehr - vor allem diese hier in grün und blau scheint ihre neue Lieblingsschnüffelmatte zu sein. Sie hat sie sofort angenommen und beschäftigt sich locker über eine halbe Stunde hochkonzentriert damit. Danach ist sie ausgelastet genug für ein Schläfchen. Meine zweite ist nicht so sehr damit zu begeistern, für ihre Leckerchen zu "arbeiten", sie schaut lieber zu oder benutzt die Matte als Liegedeckchen. Ich habe die Matte vor Gebrauch in der Waschmaschine gewaschen (Kurzwäsche ohne Schleudern und ohne Waschmittel, Kaltwäsche), das ging problemlos, daher werde ich es regelmäßig wieder tun. Das Material wirkt stabil genug, um eine Zeit lang auch Katzenkrallen und -zähne auszuhalten. Klar leben solche Spielzeuge nicht ewig, sollen sie ja auch nicht, sie sind ja schließlich Gebrauchsgegenstände. Sehr schön bei dieser Matte finde ich die verschiedenen "Stationen", zusätzlich eingeteilt in Schwierigkeitsgrade. Das sorgt für Abwechslung. Für einen Preis <20 € vollumfänglich zufrieden. Die Katzen haben Freude dran :)

Unser Hund hat die Schnüffelmatte sofort angenommen und hatte viel Spaß dabei, die versteckten Leckerlis zu suchen. Sie sorgt für eine sinnvolle Beschäftigung, fördert die Nasenarbeit und verlangsamt das Fressen auf spielerische Weise. Insgesamt wird das Produkt online überwiegend sehr positiv bewertet, weshalb ich 4 Sterne vergebe. Das Material wirkt robust und die Matte lässt sich bei Bedarf gut reinigen. Die Größe ist für kleine und mittelgroße Hunde gut geeignet. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Matte auf glatten Böden etwas verrutschen kann und sehr aktive Hunde sie gelegentlich verschieben. Die Lieferung war schnell und die Matte kam ordentlich verpackt an. Insgesamt ein durchdachtes Beschäftigungsspielzeug mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das ich gerne weiterempfehle.
