The seal on the outside of this bottle is easily to break and remove, but the inner seal is tough to remove with the cotton filling attached to it. The directions say to take six capsules daily and not to take more than that, and the capsules themselves are large, so you really need to pace yourself in taking them individually. You will need a lot of practice taking their directed amount with your other supplements.That said, I do not see any detriment taking less than six capsules daily, so if you wanted to cut their recommended daily intake in half, then I would say go for it, especially if you have other supplements to take. This product is very pricey for what it is, but if you really know how this product works and need it in your diet, then it is fine for that matter. Thank you for reading!

Well let's say they are not hard to swallow, but there are 6 to swallow. It's just too many for me. I find it difficult to take them all. I have not experienced and side effects at all, and I feel fine. If you don't have a problem taking capsules I'd say give them a try.

I’ve been taking this for about 10 days now. I haven’t seen any miraculous, jaw dropping, life changing drops in my sugars but they’ve been enough to keep taking it. My sugars like to go into the 240-250 ranges after I eat; now they tend to go to the 200’s or 190’s.They are easy to swallow and not too much of a taste if you swallow them quickly enough. I have noticed that my heart rate tends to go up and race a bit after taking them but it could just be my body adjusting. I don’t see a reason why not to take them, it’s worth giving them a go if you’re struggling with your sugars.

I ordered this for my diabetic family member, but didn't realize that the dose was 6/day, and I don't think I can get her to take that many. She is already taking several supplements daily.I know that the ingredients have been purported to be beneficial to diabetics and I think this is a great product. I may pass them along to another diabetic family member who would be more likely to take them, or maybe I can get her to take at least a few a day.Made in the USA, received 11/22, expiration 3/25

I want to try this product because I believe this is good for me. The pill is big but easy to swallow. It doesn't taste bad. I would give this product more stars if I could judge how well it works.

I have been taking these for 20 days now at the suggested 6 capsule, 2g, serving that includes 1g of ceylon cinnamon, and I'm seeing lower daytime numbers. From what I've read, significant changes have been recorded for the insulin plant at the 15 and 60 day mark, so takes some time to get full effects of both the insulin plant and the ceylon cinnamon. The 360 capsules is 60 days at suggested use so I'm hoping to see more improvement by the end of the bottle.
