Super Qualität wie von Sperry gewohnt. Nach Berichten von Bekannten habe Konkurrenten wie Timberland, Sebago usw. qualitätiv in den letzten Jahren abgebaut. Hier ist davon nichts zu spüren. Bequem und hochwertiv verarbeitet!

Sono un appassionato di barca e, ovviamente, di scarpe “Sperry”. Per queste scarpe acquistate su Amazon la suola di gomma si è indurita e poi spaccata in tanti pezzettini. Non avendo più presa sono anche scivolato e mi sono fatto male. Forse sono stato sfortunato ma le foto mostrano chiaramente le condizioni delle suole, a differenza della tomaia ancora in buono stato. Una stella è anche troppo !!.

Están muy bonitos, hace 40 años que estaba en prepa, me encantaban mis top siders Sperry. Siguen estando muy bonitos. Cómodos, aunque los siento un poco estrechos. El único pero es que enviaron un color muy distinto al que ponen en la página de compra. La última foto es el que pedí: piel café oscuro, con cintas café claro, costuras blancas y suela blanca. Enviaron piel café oscuro, cintas café oscuro, costuras cafés y suela café oscuro. Afortunadamente me gustaron y me voy a quedar con ellos. Pero es inaceptable que Amazon te mande cualquier cosa en vez de lo que pediste. Es mas, el modelo que mandaron NO viene en la variedad que ponen en la página.

I bought a pair of Sperry men’s Authentic Original 2-Eye Boat Shoes in amaretto color through Amazon in late June. I have since worn them less than a dozen times. They still look brand new. I went to put them on the other day and noticed the toe stitching had failed and that the soul is both cracked and separated on the left shoe. Unfortunately, Amazons return policy is limited to 60 day for shoes. So, I attempted a warranty claim directly through Sperry. Sperry’s website states: “ Through our iconic silhouettes, we take great pride in offering our customers products made with attention to detail and unique craftsmanship, and have the upmost respect for all of our partners, associates, and, of course, you the consumer. What is considered a defective product? Sole, separation, stitching coming undone, leather, bunching, or discoloration, toe or soul detachment. If your footwear is defective within twelve (12) months of the date of purchase, we will make it right. Products purchased from other retailers, including department stores should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to their warranty policy”. Sperry will not honor this warranty because they were sold through Amazon. DO NOT PURCHASE SPERRY PRODUCTS THROUGH AMAZON! This is just another example of a formally great company with bulletproof products (I currently have two other pair of Sperry boat shoes in different colors and iterations that I’ve had for years) finding a loophole to screw consumers and avoid having to replace a now inferior and cheap product line.
