Q: does this kit come with 2 arms

yes it does. If you have a 2 post lift you will need to order 2 sets to accomodate all 4 tires.

Q: Does this come with a warranty?

Don't need a warranty. Pretty bulletproof chunks of metal. Works good, saves time & effort of setting wheel/tire on ground then picking it back up to reinstall. Highly recommend.

Q: I have a lift arm that is 5 3/4 inch wide by 3 1/2 inch high. Has anyone tried these on a lift arm with these dimensions?

I did try this on a 5 3/4 by 2 3/8 lift arm and I could not get it to fit, so the stated requirement seems accurate.

Q: Which is better the arm on the lift left or the tire tree as fas as serving a vehicle like brakes or struts, front end wotk etc

For us for tire rotations that we do basically on every service them being on the lift is the shortest distance and most efficient!
