Super effective and doesn’t use much power
Really great cooling ability! It saves me from high electric bills in the summer and feels better than an aircon

Best evap cooler I've tried.
It will not cool your room down, but it will cool whatever it's blowing on down. Basically you will have to be in front of it. On super hot days, I'll fill the tank up half way with ice and the rest with water and it blows cold air!

Good fan not a good air conditioner!
The fan gives pretty good air flow but the cooling part doesnt really do much! Not that much of a difference with or without ice! Good fan not a good air conditioner.

Good for a small room
I like that you never have to dump the water all you have to do is refill it put ice or you can use cold packs to keep the water cool very easy to use

Exceeded Expectations
I wasn't sure if I could trust this item to be functional or worth the money, but I am pleasantly surprised and happy with the purchase. I got it prior to a pretty major heat wave and I don't know how we managed without it. It really works well as a powerful fan with getting the airflow to move and be felt all over our large room. Being able to boost the cooling power with ice and cool water has been nice to have when it has been extra hot. I hardly use the portable AC we have now that this has arrived. It works much better at keeping the room temperature bearable.

Didn't seem to work, no response from customer service
I don't get it. Perhaps I did something wrong but this product didn't do anything for me. I followed all the directions, added the water, threw the ice packs in and turned it on. Didn't seem to be any different than a regular fan. I even put a regular fan next to it and moved my body in front of one then the other. I noticed no difference. Again, maybe I did something wrong, so I contacted customer service. If i were doing something wrong maybe Customer Service could guide me or give me some tips or out and out tell me what I was doing or not doing wrong. Absolutely no response. So I packed it up and returned it. One star for bad customer service which by their inaction forced me to return it when the problem could have been resolved by any suggestions they may have provided.

Great Buy
The oscilated tower adds the extra coolant I needed for these hot summer days. The extra feature of the humidifier is awesome. Happy with my purchase.
