These protein drinks are the best I have found on the market - I buy 6 cases a month and trust me I drink them - the calorie count is low, the ingredients are amazing, the texture is smooth, The health benefits of doing plant base instead of animal protein are countless. It has helped in my weight loss journey. This is a high quality drink at an affordable price when I think of how much I would spend in organic food. the cafe latte one is my choice and it is so smooth and delicious, not chalky or thick like some others I have tried. There are no artificial sweeteners, less that 2% cane sugar and stevia leaf. All healthy. Highly recommended

I drink these almost every day. They are perfect for when food sounds gross. Love the protein and fiber content.

Not chalky or gritty but does not taste like coffee and only slightly taste like chocolate. The café mocha has a light clean flavor and then a slight bitter aftertaste for a minute either from the Stevia or that could be the mocha part? If you’ve eaten sweet it will taste like cough syrup. It beats making your own shakes with protein powder and great if your dairy intolerant. So this is a decent shake and I will probably buy more. But If you are looking for a super tasty coffee shake get the Atkins brand mocha latte, minding that one has dairy. After Covid I became dairy intolerant and I sure do miss my daily Atkins shake, but this will suffice as it makes me full before breakfast to get me going til food or after dinner instead of having sweets. Plus it has vitamin D and calcium! ** Update: I have now switched to this for good as I cannot find anything that taste better and is EBT eligible. I drink one of these a day and it is my new go to snack.

I’m in the middle of a project that is causing a lot of juggling to my meals schedule. I love chocolate and coffee which is partly how I came to pick this flavor. I bought this item for an experiment. The idea was to figure out what I could take on a two day road trip that isn’t chips, cereal bars, nuts, raisins, crackers, or M&M’s. Since I have to travel economy I have to keep my expenses low. I knew about meal replacement shakes years ago after having had some dental work done and they were suggested by my dentist. I didn’t want to buy that brand because I didn’t really like them. So I started looking around for another one. Along with the nutritional information I compared such info as calories, sodium, and what were the sweeteners. The thing that sold me on this one is the sodium. Some brands of shakes have much to much sodium. Even some of the flavors in this brand are to high for me. This flavor has the lowest sodium. There is a flavor that is supposed to taste a lot more like chocolate, but after I saw what the sodium count is I said “nope”. I wasn’t successful in finding this item in my local area. The only thing I found really disappointing in this selection is, I wish it taste more like coffee. And it could have a bit more chocolate too. But I think as long as my project is in progress I will continue with this selection and flavor. I drink mine with a serving of Almonds. I have two or three through out the day. Then later, when it’s calmer, I have a hefty and hopefully, nutritional dinner. Another thing that I find appealing is the price. Some of the other nutritional drinks are very pricy. I just have to be careful about keeping enough between shipments. I haven’t had any noticeable side affects. These are thin. So if thickness is wanted, pick a different brand. These are not sugary. So if a sweeter taste is wanted, pick a different brand. Unfortunately, after some considerable thought, my experiment failed. This item is to bulky. But it was worth the experiment to keep up my energy until I my project is over.

Disappointed in the Mocha flavor. Not very flavorful and watery, also unpleasant aftertaste. I usually buy chocolate caramel. Delicious mixed in with my morning coffee. Will not order Mocha flavored again. Wish I could get a refund and go back to ordering chocolate caramel !!! Don’t Recommend.
