This stuff is great! We have an area of chain link fence that recently lost its foliage. Our (very nice) neighbors ended up putting a small patio and grill close to their side of the fence. We’re looking for something to cover the gap as our bbq is just on the other side and this fit the bill nicely to give semi-privacy to the area. Now the our dog won’t constantly visit them at the fence, waging her tail while they grill. It is VERY heavy - my husband and I, two fairly fit adults, were able to maneuver but it took A LOT of patience. Biggest part is there’s no way to hold it easily. We put two by fours down and rolled out. I held in place while he fed cable ties through and our kid fed them back to him. We also put a coat of Thompsons water seal on to add durability. Have had several compliments so far and would buy again.

These are a great quality. I saw reviews about them mildewing. They. My friend has these for privacy by her pool. She bleached then sealed them. I sealed them immediately after opening the box bc I learned from her mistake. Also I saw reviews about them cracking when screwing into them and coming out of the box cracked. I have some cracked pieces. But tbh. It’s bamboo. They’re gonna crack naturally. So I didn’t mind that they were. And they weren’t major cracks. Luckily the few that were cracked were near the end and I cut about 1.5’ off each section. Predrill the holes like the video says to do. If you do that before screwing into them and then screwing them in slowly you’ll hear sounds but they’re not actually cracking. I know my project isn’t the typical use of these but they look amazing and keep the blazing hot sun from shining in my new screened in room.

I assume this was suppose to come in one fence and you just role it out, but it was all broken up. The bamboo was fine, but the wire in between each stock of bamboo was broke. I had to find my own wire and piece it together. Never buying this again. The boxes was destroyed and all taped up.

I was looking for something to give us a little privacy from our backyard neighbors, while sitting on our deck. I didn't want to encase the entire deck because we have woods on the side and I love seeing it while sitting out there. This was the PERFECT solution for us. Just the right amount of privacy while I sip my morning coffee or take in some sun as I no longer feel like We're on display! Was SUPER easy to attach to the deck with some simple zip ties, I installed it by myself and it took me about 30 minutes. It's sturdy, durable and I made sure to put a coat of protectant on it, based on feedback from the seller and other reviews. It holds my conch shell lights perfectly as well! Definitely recommend, if you're looking for a simple, easy, fairly low cost solution to your design needs. Thank you!!

I just purchased my third bamboo fence. The original fence had been out in the weather for years and had become discolored, which is natural for bamboo. I cut the zip ties that was holding to my anchor fence and worked on getting the ivy that had grown in it removed. The natural waxy bamboo covering had worn off so I just stained it. The fence is in remarkable condition for being out for so long and with the staining it looks great. These fences are just so easy to work with and with some refurbishing they can look like new again.

Exactly as described. Weighs about 100+ pounds. I gave my 3 coats of spar varnish. Only time will tell how it manages the cold Canadian winters.

I ordered 3 rolls of the 3'x8' bamboo. The quality seems to be good, the construction robust. enough to be installed outdoors, screwed to the existing fence. While these were a little pricey, I was in a hurry so I didn't mind (much) paying that price. I needed something stylish to add a bit of height to the existing 6' high fence (the bamboo added an extra 1' to the top of the fence line on the neighbors side). The bamboo helped add some privacy between the neighbors and our back yard after I severely cut back about 24 feet of cedar hedge row that had gotten out of control and was becoming a problem. I wanted something to replace what the cedars were doing for us, which was privacy where the green cedar used to be. I'll wait until the spring to see if the bamboo holds up through the weather/winter. If it does, I'll likely add another 3-4 rolls along that side of the fence.
