This hand towel dispenser is compatible with Tork paper towel refills 100297, 420570, 101293, 420483, 424814, 424864, MB540A, MB538, MK530A, MK520A, and MK518A multi-fold paper towels. Non-Compatible refills can result in a less than optimal product experience. Tork compatible refills are recommend for best results.

Thank you for your interest in Tork products. This Tork Image Design Xpress Paper Towel Dispenser can accommodate up to 360 multifold hand towels. We recommend Tork 100297, MB578, MB572 or MB574.

Q: I have now order over 5 different boxes of c fold towels to use in the dispenser tork h2 dispenser and none fit :( do i need to get a different model?

My Tork brand towels fit properly. Recommended compatible towel numbers are referenced in the literature for the dispenser. The manufacturer shoudl be able to confirm which towels fit. There is some resistance when towels are removed and this is normal for my unit. If this were not the case, one would have multiple towels coming out at once.
