AliMedAdjustable Heel Lift, Medium

I had a total hip replacement a couple years back. The surgery went well but my leg was about 1/4 inch shorter. My hip, and additionally my back and knee were sore all the time. My chiropractor suggested that I see a podiatrist. I found these on Amazon and decided to first try these. I was able to adjust the height by using different pad combinations. I was surprised how quickly my pains went down. They weren't the entire solution but they worked very well. I put them under the shoe inserts and in all my shoes. I have been healing now and I think these were a start point for me. I have worn these for over 1 year now and I will continue to use them.

Ordered when recommended by physical therapist. Came fast.

I liked the initial lift. It leveled my legs. It no longer provided the support after wearing it a couple of hours. Removed it at the end of the day and it was already worn. Definitely not worth the price.

It arrives a bit late - the black materials leave stains in the shoes - it is made in an old fashion way. - it is made to patch your issue for a while - innovation is already out there, please improve your product, a lot to consider if u just look at decent competitor in the market - hope u take this feedback to improve. - Good luck!

doctor said I needed one in my left shoe after I tore my calf. don't know what its supposed to do but I can't even tell there.

Seems to wear out fast..Better get at least two... If possible use it under the liner that comes with the shoe.
