Brady M210: This Label Maker is a Beast!
This isn't your average label maker. The Brady M210 is a rugged, reliable workhorse that's perfect for anyone who needs to create durable, professional-looking labels in demanding environments. What I love:Built like a tank: This thing is tough! With its rubber bumpers and drop-tested design, it can handle bumps and drops with ease. I've even accidentally dropped it a few times with no issues.Easy to use: The interface is straightforward and intuitive, even for someone like me who isn't the most tech-savvy. The backlit display is a lifesaver in low-light conditions.Versatile: From wire labeling to creating safety signs, this printer can handle a wide range of tasks. The multi-line printing and various font sizes give you plenty of flexibility.Clear, crisp labels: The print quality is excellent, producing sharp, easy-to-read labels that resist fading and smudging.Portable and convenient: It's lightweight and compact, making it easy to take with you on the go.Overall:If you're looking for a durable, reliable label maker that can handle tough jobs, the Brady M210 is the way to go. It's a bit pricier than some other options, but the quality and features make it worth the investment. Highly recommended!

So nice for the OCD people or electricians/it guys
This thing is awesome. I seen someone using one and I just had to have one. This is really aimed at doing labels to mark wiring not a "typical" label maker. It's a little pricey due to that because how many people are going to continuosly update or keep adding cables around, not that many. But if you are ocd or just hate everytime you have to move something around and dont want to figure out what cable is what or which goes to what machine.....its worth it in my book. Very high quality

Compact easy to use on the job
Good print quality. Labels are a little pricey. Like the laminated wire labels. The work very well.

Great for dirty ethernet cables
I'm planning to upgrade our companies switch and needed a label maker for each port. The first label maker I used the labels where peeling off within hours due to all the dust accumulated. This label maker however has not lost its quality weeks after applying the labels. It's very easy to use and you can make all kinds of labels, even QR codes and bar codes. really well made.

A little expensive but it's a pretty good labeler
So on a 45 foot sailboat there is a LOT of wiring all zip tied into big harnesses, and when you track one down, you don't want to have to track it down again. I resolved some time ago to ALWAYS label ANY wire that I disconnect or install, I tried several methods for this, and a simple sticky back laser printed label usually works okay-ish especially if coated with epoxy or similar after being wrapped onto the wire, or encased within clear heat shrink tubing.I ran across this while looking for a better label tape for my Brother label maker. I liked the looks of it and the reviews were pretty good so I pulled the trigger on it. The tape is a little expensive, yeah. Hopefully third parties will come out with cheaper alternatives but the two I have, 3/4" cloth tape and the wire label tape, are well engineered and the cartridges just work, and are easy to change out.Instructions? We don' need no steenking eenstructions! Actually, yeah they would be nice. The little pictoglyphs don't really tell the user much. It falls upon him to experiment and see what does what. For instance the first few labels I tried to print tried to print crossways across the tape instead of longways and I couldn't figure out how to make it happen the way I wanted it to happen. The menu isn't very informative. You just have to try stuff and waste expensive tape. Once you get it puzzled out, pretty simple. And it just works, as they say.I was surprised that it does not come with a wall wart power supply and that it comes with an empty battery compartment that you have to fill with a half dozen AA alkalines or the bespoke lithium battery pack that costs extra and you have to order... somehow. They also say that they have a wall wart you can get for it. It should, in this modern era, come already equipped with one or the other, though I do like that you CAN power it in an emergency with AA cells. So now I have to get a 9v power supply and get the right tip and solder them together and not get the polarity wrong. Hopefully there is at least an idiot diode in there to prevent reverse polarity damage. Also looking forward to yet again tracking down the breakers in my house, and labeling them. The 3/4" tape should be perfect for that. I might even label the wires going to the breakers for good measure. So I really like the machine, just not the failure to include good instructificationalisms and the price of the consumables that currently cannot be outsourced or improvised with any level of practicality. Overall I give it a thumb up and half of another one and I do not regret the purchase.

Doesn't work
I received it with quick shipping. I put new batteries in. Pressed power and nothing, it wouldn't turn on. I pulled the batteries, verified each voltage and orientation. I even put them in my old printer to check them. Tried again. And again. Nothing. Checked the cartridge lock a few times and gave up. Returned with the exchange feature and got another. It arrived on the weekend. I'd swear it's the same one. It didn't turn on either.I read through the quick start and the on line manual. If there's a trick to turning this on it's not being given. Why would they send the same broken unit back? What a joke. Complete Garbage.
