Getting hot tire pickup... even after following the directions religiously. Disappointing, especially since now I cannot coat over the top of the product with another. I have to look at a peeling floor now with... with no remedy.

Not epoxy
Do not buy this product. It is not an epoxy resin. It rolled on easy. And looks great. But I wanted an epoxy to go over a previously drylok porch floor. There is no epoxy in the product it is just gray colored drylok. Very disappointed in the outcome of the floor.

Great results and far easier to use than epoxy.
Did some research and opted for floor paint rather than epoxy, which is essentially adhesive that sticks to the surface and does not penetrate. Drylok E1 is an acrylic with epoxy additives. The product has a smooth consistency that covers very well and applies easily. I was able to apply two coats to my 2 car garage with one and a half gallons of product. The essential to any coating is surface prep. My garage was a 20 year old uncoated concrete with oil, paint stains and severe cracks that went across the width of the garage. I filled cracks with Drylok fast-plug, degreased and then etched with muriatic acid to prepare. Applied the first coat of E1 which acts as a primer to the concrete and then the second coat to which I sprinkled flakes to hide some of the cracks etc. I then applied two coats of clear gloss sealer with some anti skid to lock in the flakes and give a shine. It turned out pretty well and was completed over two days. Make sure to leave it for a week before parking vehicles on. Highly recommend this product.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE
TERRIBLE PRODUCT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I bought this product from my local ACE Hardware. Ordered 9 cans total to cover most of our house. (Tinted to Arctic White.)Followed the instructions exactly for both prepping and painting. See my photo for the final result. The texture is bumpy and hard to clean dirt off. (It is supposed to dry smooth.) Also, I am finding many random chips in random areas that don’t even have furniture nearby.I contacted customer service rep named Melissa Summerhill and she passed my complaint to the lab for testing. 8 days later (and after my two attempts to follow up), they couldn’t figure out what went wrong. She then said that my local UGL rep, Jeff Brooks, should be contacting me within the next 2 business days to set an appointment to take a look.6 days pass, no call from Jeff Brooks. After all this frustration with a bad product and customer service, I ask Melissa how I can request a refund.4 days later, she replies saying that Jeff Brooks would set up an in-store refund “today” to make it convenient for me.1 day later, still NO call from Jeff Brooks. I follow up with Melissa, asking when I should hear from him. No response.4 days later, I call their general customer service line, a rep answers, I ask to speak with Melissa. She transfers the call, and it hangs up. I call back, a different rep answers, I tell him my whole situation, and he says I WILL get a response TODAY.As of today, 11/22, 5 days since I sent Melissa that email, I have not received any response from anyone.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I CHOSE THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WOULD SAVE ME MONEY. INSTEAD, I WASTED MONTHS OF MY TIME AND MONEY.FIND A DIFFERENT PRODUCT. IT IS JUST NOT WORTH IT.
