Great product!!
Great product. Good quality and easy to install. Quality vs price is great. Makes hiding stuff for storage while in store easy. Good fit and water resistance is good. Fits 3018 Chevy Silverado Z71 great!!

Very Happy Full Circle
Very happy with this product. The main reason for purchase was to keep my equipment, luggage, etc sheltered from the elements. Although there are some tiny spots near the tail gate where a very small amount of moisture/rain seeps in, overall it does a good job otherwise. Super easy installation and removal. The last time I removed the cover so I could load my dirt bike, the corner caps near the tailgate fell or broke off. I contacted Bak Industries and they sent me replacements at no cost. Very happy with the full circle experience.

So far I'm pretty impressed with concerns
I like how it looks and what it does for the bed. I just installed it today after work and then went right to the car wash to pressure wash the truck in a manual stall. I spent $11 and went overboard. After i got home I checked the bed and it had water, but not very much considering what it went through and not having any time for the seals to lay flat from coming out of the box. I think the corners are the biggest issue. The front being the most with my spray in liner I had to use a foam strip to get any seal. so I'm guessing in a normal rain it will be almost completely dry. Being in Florida, I will know likely know within the next week and I will report back. I'm not a fan of the idea of drilling a hole in my new truck with 350 miles to mount something I may not be able to keep. I ended up running the hose into the holes for the front moving tie downs instead. Not the best setup, but should keep the rail water out of the dry area.I have yet to load my bike in the truck and I'm worried this won't work. It doesn't take up a lot of room, but I don't see how it's going to hold up with a bike up against it. I just looked at the images again and it looks like they have a tire chock in the bed. I didn't notice this before and may be the reason I send it back. During the summer I try to ride twice a week and winter get cut back to once. I'm not going to mount a tire chalk or remove and install this cover each time I ride. They could have made it much easier to remove and re-install, but didn't.If you don't need to haul a bike and want a good looking way to have a dry locked up bed. This is likely one of the best choices for you. I will report BAK on the bike part later. LOLSept 2016: The D rings are steel and rusted very very fast. The only awful part of the product. How much would it cost to go with stainless instead? The last leaf I'm going in all the time has loosened up and is not as stiff, but everything still works fine and if the D ring wasn't junk I'd completely love this thing.

Great product and even better customer service
Fantastic bed cover. I bought this through amazon because it would be to me faster than through other various bed cover and truck accessory websites. It also ended up being cheaper through amazon. I received it in 48 hours and installed it in about an hour. I recommend watching the instructional video if this is your first install. It went in easily and looks very clean, to include the drain plugs that you don’t even see. It seals very well. Not water tight but there is so little water that may work it’s way in that it slowly will make its way out of the bed through the normal indentions in the bed.My only initial concern was that the cover I received had some spots on the edge seal(s) that were a little damaged. Well I contacted Bak and was immediately replied to. After providing the requested information and photos they manufactured and sent me an entire new cover right then and there. The only request was for me to destroy the damaged one and send a photo. This makes sense because I’m sure I could have easily sold even the one with the bad seals for several hundred. But I took the opportunity to see how it stood up to a ten pound sledgehammer. It did exceptionally well. This thing is so durable that the hinges took at least 5 direct hits with the sledge and were barely warped. Obviously I was able to go through the panel but only with a strong hit.Bottom line is this is a tough, mostly weatherproof, clean looking product. The only thing better than Bak’s product is their customer service.(And I was not paid at all for this review nor was I asked to write it)

Poor quality, packaging and lots of aggravation!!
I am just horrified by the lack of detail in packaging! I bought the MX4 becauseI have two friends who swear by it… And I checked those out and loved them. The first unit I received had two issues. First, The rubber flange that seals the water out around the top of the bed was split right at the folding area. Also, The holes through the cover were drilled at an angle and the hardware would not sit flush as a result. The packaging for this thing is absolutely pathetic given the weight and the cost. There is a paper thin layer of foam in place, top and bottom… But all the other parts are just thrown in the package and are just rubbing against the cover.. For almost $1000, it’s almost funny that they overlook that.So I finally got my replacement from Amazon after lugging that beast to the UPS store to return… I carefully opened this box praying that this would be a good unit.As soon as I removed the foam in place, you could see a number of wear holes in the plastic bag from rubbing during shipping. I slipped the bag off the corner of the unit and immediately saw the rubber was split in the exact same spot as the first one!!I could also see through the bag there were aluminum shavings, and the packaging protection was just horrible. I love the concept, but if they can’t deliver it in perfect shape, what’s the point? A $1000 unit warrants a well devised package. There is no way I am putting this on my new $50,000 Sierra.I’m going to find another option.Buyer beware!

Love this tonneau cover
I had a revolver x2 model and it was the worst $1k I ever spent. It always froze to the tailgate and in the winter, it was like rolling a frozen carpet. I was so happy to replace it with this foldup model. Well built and seals nice at tailgate.
