Works extremely well
These work extremely well. For the longest time I have always used the four piece variety, clips on each end. After finally try the loop method, I’m never going back. Very adjustable and the clips are great.

Great shirt stays
I was a little concerned about purchasing these because they were the least expensive and because they had no pins in the middle of the clamps for added grip. That being said, I've been wearing these 5 days a week for about 6 weeks and haven't yet had a clamp slip off the shirt tail. Also, my shirt tails don't have holes in them. Additionally, these have smaller foot loops than my old pair, which I like because they stay in place around my feet. I have no regrets about purchasing these and highly recommend them.

Work well
I have a couple of dress shirts that are a bit large in the torso because I have a large neck. These work great for pulling the shirt in at the back military style & holding in place. Not uncomfortable to me either.

Makes your dress shirt or uniform look great!!
Easy to put on, they work with any type of button up dress shirt including a uniform shirt.They are comfortable to wear and you can hardly know you have them on..

Hold it down up front
These shirts stays have no problem holding down the front on your uniform shirt but do very little about the back. Those who wear a gun belt will find that as the tension from the the front pulls down your uniform shirt from the front it also pull the color up on your neck and the tail of your shirt out of your pants. If you are looking for a true 360⁰ uniform fit (I don't know who isn't) then you at least need the 4 straps for the 2 in the front and 2 in the back on both the left and right. 2 is not enough if you are active and wearing a gun belt. They are durable though and do hold the front down. Maybe good for a regular suit or business casual. Military and Police need the 4 straps. Firefighters don't need anything except a bib and blanket..so don't worry about them.

Better than they look
Way better than the type that clip onto your socks, as different socks are different lengths. Not uncomfortable to have the strap under your foot. 100% recommend.
