I like narratives about the struggle, interests, strategy and technicalities ( valuation, legal stuff) involved in M&A. This book has all of these and found it a great read. Having myself recently concluded a transaction involving Luxembourg as the home country of target, I found it specially interesting. Good book overall

This book is fascinating. A must for anyone interested in cross border M&A. Through a superb story telling the book walks the readers through the complexities of such mega deals. Hats off to the Mittal's team on how they worked through all the odds. This book is equally inspiring.

Excellent Book, couldn’t put it down. Read the whole book in a matter of days, excellent detail and account of the entire takeover of Arcelor by Mittal Steel. It shows great patience and smart business strategies employed by Mittal to acquire Arcelor in order to achieve world-wide domination of the steel industry.

One of the best non fiction books I have read. The effort to make it as a thriller by the authors paid off. I couldn't take my head out till I finished it. Also, the book is very informative as there are industry specific terms which have been defined very well, which makes the reader who's not from the finance background, an easy read.
