Is this comparable with the new firmware update for the Q800pro?

Hi there, it is only compatible with the following dash cams: F200 PRO, F790, X800 and X700. The Multiplexer Box is not compatible with the Q800PRO model.

Can you feed the video output into a bigger monitor (factory vehicle monitor)?

Video is transferred via wifi. You can view with your smartphone, tablet, laptop. But there is no physical video out connection.

is it working with other non thinkware side camera?

It uses proprietary round plugs so unless u know the exact pinout of it and matches the new one, it most likely will not work!
