These had promise when they first arrived. I got them as a birthday gift for my son who was turning 6. Within a couple of weeks of using them, they turned up with one of the eye pieces broken off. I was probably still within in the return window, but I procrastinated on attempting that. They sat on the kitchen counter for a while (okay, a few months), and one of the kids would pick them up now and then. One day recently they appeared to be put back together, and my son said his dad glued them. My husband had in fact not done so, but they were holding together somehow. That did not last long, however, and today they turned up like these photos--both eye pieces now broken off. I'm so tired of buying poorly made toys and gifts for my kids. It's happened more times than I can count in the last year. When they say "for kids of all ages," you figure they should be able to withstand being dropped, because it's almost guaranteed kids will do just that. Very disappointed in these binoculars that will now become just one more toy taking up space in a landfill.

My little kid likes birds and other stuff outdoors. Mostly dirt and worms. Anyway, I bought these as a Christmas gift to replace the cheap McDonald's toy ones he takes everywhere. He loves them, but as it's cold as Antarctica here, he hasn't used them outside and so they haven't been on many adventures. Meaning he hasn't had much of a chance to break them yet. So we'll wait and see how long they last...Otherwise, they look tough, come in a fabric case, and can be adjusted to your face size and eyesight just like the professional ones. Two thumbs up (unless they break the first time he drops them on the driveway, but like I said, we'll see).

I got these for my son after he receieved a pair of toy ones in his Wendy's happy meal. He was so taken with the first pair that I got these durable ones for him. The work great and remarkably made for a lad that's hard on toys.

Not waterproof.These binoculars were not as advertised not waterproof or even slightly water resistant. Humid conditions caused them to fog up inside, and they became totally unusable. Don’t waste your money.

Our twin granddaughters travel quite a bit and these binoculars are just the ticket for them.

Nice and not very expensive. I purchased the binoculars for my 5 year old nephew. I was really surprised to see they are very good quality and sturdy.?

My son loves these. They’re very basic but he feels like an explorer. He’s five.

I have a 2 year old and 5 year old that are very rough on things. These binoculars have stood up to the abuse my kids have put them through! Very pleased with the quality and durability of this product! Would gladly recommend to anyone.
