None of the seeds germinated
I planted them in batches at different times and tried in soil and the wet towel/zip lock method over a few months. Not even a single seed germinated.

Seeds received were not neem seeds
Received seeds, but they were not neem seeds (Neem seeds should be yellow, oblong-shaped berries, these were less than a cm in size, flat, and brown) and did not germinate.
