Imperfect product
First the product delivered was if inappropriate size.After replacement the product received was proper size but was not in perfect condition - it had a rafu (a previous tear is thickly stitched to hide the damage) as shown in the picture.

Not water proof but protects the mattress
The product is not water proof but can avoid leaks upto some extend, cloth quality is poor but can be used as mattress protector. Not sure about durability yet, will post in some days.

Size doesn’t fit
Ordered king size but it is short in size & isn’t covering all corners of mattress. Only 2 corners I can tuck in the elastic provided along with the protector.Using since couple of days, quality feels fine but size is not appropriate.
