Update: I reordered these because I was very pleased with my first order. I don’t know why but this time they don’t stick as well. They come off my nose mid-sleep. For whatever reason, the adhesive this time is not as strong. I’ll give it 3/5 because I know they work but the inconsistency of the product quality is something to be aware of. Old review: Got these as a replacement because Breathe right has become very expensive. These have worked great. Have been using the clear ones at night and they have remained stuck just fine. They work as well as Breatheright. Also they don’t leave this weird white glue residue on the nose after you pull them off. Would recommend. edit: to the people complaining they don’t stick-wash your nose with soap and water and dry it well. It sticks just fine. If your nose is producing too much oil like it’s an olive tree, then yeah, sticking might be an issue.

Originally bought this product a year ago, thought it was ok. Occasionally it would come off during the night. Dealing with snoring and thought I’d give it another try, ordered the package. Meanwhile found the leftovers of the previous pack and used 3 nights in a row, all three nights the strips would pop mid sleep. Was very careful not to apply any moisturizers near, and dry out skin before applying the strip, didn’t help. The package comes in and naturally I decide to return since I no longer like it and it’s unopened. This the first thing that somehow IS NOT eligible for return even unopened. Even so, why is not listed clearly, and why in the app it says ELIGIBLE for return until in a few clicks it’s suddenly NOT?

You barely notice it’s there after a few minutes. Can it be used multiple times? No, it’s designed for single-use to ensure effectiveness and hygiene. Does it help with snoring? Yes, it noticeably reduces snoring by keeping your nasal passages open. Is it suitable for sensitive skin? It’s generally gentle, but if you have sensitive skin, you might want to test a small area first. Can I wear it during exercise? Absolutely! It helps improve airflow, making it great for workouts. I used whole playing pickleball and it worked great.
