Bought this as part of a gift for my daughter who wants to get into baking & decorating. She loves it. Recipes & directions are clear. The pictures are great. She loves it.

I'm a beginner cake maker and was looking for a book to teach me how to bake and icing a cake. This book also includes recipes for different flavored cakes, and in the instructions it walks you through it all. It also includes a list of tools one would need to back and decorate. Highly recommend.

Lots of tips and techniques. And easy to read.

I honestly like this book, it’s very beginning friendly from the tool that you’ll need to decorating, I got it for a while however never tried any to make any of it recipes because doesn’t seems too healthy (too much ultra processed sugar, syrup just in the cakes recipes alone), as a home cooker mom I’m looking more healthy options.
