Update: the company reached out and offered to send me a corded version and offered their help to get it t properly installed. I am happy the were quick to help solve my issues. I’ll deft be back for more of my needs with this company.Refusing to install on my Windows 10. I’ve tried two separate computers and still nothing. I get an error even when I got directly to the site and download the software. Returning and trying a rollo. Super bummed as I was looking forward to making my own round stickers for my packaging.

Updated 10.17.22After writing a bad review, I received an email from the seller whom setup a call with IT to assist with setting up my thermal printer label to my Windows 10.I have an older computer and it wasn't syncing but received a call through whatsapp from "Ge from IT" who walked me through the process step by step and now my label is synced and working with my old computer. I'm pleased that they cared enough to reach out and fix my issue. I rated the IT service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but overall experience I gave a 4 stars. Didn't realize this printer only prints black and not color 😔Old review: I have had this printer since April and after 100s of hours updating the driver and reinstalling this never worked. What a waste of money! By the time I opened the box after 30 days it was to late to return. This doesn't work with any of my computers. If I could return this I would.

This works amazing and its FAST! I used to use a DymoXL for my shipping labels but I've had so many issues with it over the years I started to research something that would be a bit more versatile. I love that it can connect to my computer but also print via my phone as well. The label creation app is clunky and a bit difficult to use but being able to use a variety of thermal labels in various sizes and colors completely makes up for it. It prints clear and it is so fast. I love having the freedom to create after fighting with Dymo printers for so long. Plus its TINY and can be put virtually anywhere. I love this little thing, game changer!

Simple design and easy to get started, but I prefer if they had a design in white.I liked that the printer is small and very portable. It comes with everything you need to test print and set up with ease. I don't know why it printed crooked however.The sideways opening like the Rollo printer makes it easy to clean inside if necessary and to calibrate/feed the labels through the printer. It really adds to the sleek design.They need to fix their user guides though because the .biz website it tells us to go to keeps getting flagged for phishing by my antivirus and the company has an updated .com website link.

This is my 3rd munbyn label printer. I got it because I wanted the Bluetooth feature so that I can easily print label from my phone without turning on my laptop. It turn out to be a great addition. Super easy to use and has same printing quality as my cabled one. Highly recommended! Works great with pdf labels and poshmark/ eBay labels. The app can be downloaded from App Store and it can do some simple editing such as crop the pdf size. It works with fedex/ups thermal label 4x6 sizes too but I would recommend to get a label roller so that your table top would look much more organized.
