I bought the cheaper version of this which costs 9 pounds and it lasts longer. In a week these gloves started falling apart. the stitching is so bad. Not buying again.

I have been wearing these Dewalt gloves for over 10 years. Some time a few years ago they started being made in China. The workmanship and design is not as good, that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The tab that pulls the wriest tight is much shorter and hardly fits the Velcro. For the work I do I still like the, just not as much as the old ones.

I almost never leave reviews, but these work gloves are one of the best products I've ever owned. I trashed my first pair last year renovating a house and got them so covered in cement, paint and adhesives that I almost threw them away. I ended up soaking them in sttp and laundry detergent and they were ready for another round. After a few more projects they look like I do masonry for a living, but they're structurally still sound and very comfortable. I bought another pair for light yard work and working out. Fyi, for some reason when I use a heavy dose of sttp it pulls out some of the color and turns the water in the bucket grey/black. However, they seem color safe under normal laundry conditions and I routinely throw them in with my other colored laundry loads with out any issues.
