The bag was fine, but I did not get everything was supposed to come with the bag very dissatisfied. Like I said the bag was good.

I used this bag to fly from ohio to Florida and it made it there and back with zero damage. I don’t know how long the thin material will actually last if you are flying with it often. I think it may get damaged quickly with the way airport workers treat luggage!

It’s miss leading because it shows the center support rod. But it was not in the delivery. I ordered two nether one came with the center support rod

Shame on me - it does say in small print in one spot only, under "Color" - bag onlydespite most of the posting highlighting the support systembuyer beware

The side pocket zipper broke 1st try, the main zipper is strong, but the side packs are not, the tightening straps plastic part broke with a little tightness. It didn't roll even, and on trip home wobbled while pulling. I would not recommend this product, i had a similar bag i had used for over 5 years this one barely made 1 trip.

So Disappointed in both Product and Service. Bought the travel bag in January. Used it once and very similar to other reviews I am seeing, the Wheel base broke and bows out and does not work. Forced to drag the bag and the material logically is not going to withstand that.Have contacted the support email ([email protected]) twice now and getting completely ignored. I see the price has dropped - but not worth more than about $2.97.
