My Dogs loves it

I bought this kennel for my boxer to lounge in the yard.1. The screws and nuts in the box were loose. Not sure if any are missing yet.2. The instructions are pictures only.3. 12 of the poles should have predrilled holes going through for the screws. That is 2 different sized holes on each end and other holes on the base and top. NONE OF THE HOLES ARE THERE, JUST BLANK POLES. I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS. HOW CAN YOU SELL SOMEONE SOMETHING THIS BAD FOR SO MUCH MONEY.4. They are using small zip ties and saying this is for large dogs. My boxers can bust right through those little ties. Should have come with metal ties for the price.5. The heavy duty cage wire, is not heavy duty at all, it’s just chicken wire.6. Also they give you these little wire stakes to hold the kennel in place. If wind can raise them, I’m sure my dogs can too.I am so disappointed and angry. Cost me almost $300 for this kennel, I hope they stand by their product.I will do an update for ya.

The fencing is junk. It's like chicken fencing. If you have a big dog be prepared for it to bust out of the fencing.

I have had this for a couple of months now. Setting it up was almost impossible since the pieces that we’re supposed to fit together did not have the holes for the connector in the proper place. I drilled them myself. The chain link is extremely flimsy. The pole for the canopy is not the right size. And the canopy itself is flimsy and not the right size either. I was disappointed the whole way around with this thing. It sits in my yard unused and a constant reminder of the money, time and energy I wasted.

Very poor quality fencing. It may work for a chihuahua or other small dogs but definitely not for medium or large dogs.

Product only came with metal frame and nothing else !!!!!! Missing the cover and the chain link like fence that goes around to keep the dog in. Waste of time and money so upsetting.
