Dinged one star for slipping. I found the non-slip solution; wear a thicker sock. These insoles allowed me to walk comfortably for over 9 hours. They do absorb the shock pretty well. I wore them in boots with 3.25 inch heels and I felt no back pain, no hip pain & no plantar fasciitis pain. These are expensive for what you get, I would t be able to afford them often & I need far more than one pair-so take that into consideration. Easy to use and pretty durable.

These cushions do tend to migrate. They do not stay in place. I find myself constantly taking my shoes off to move the cushion to line up against the back of the ankle

Perfect fit in the heel of my running shoes that needed a little extra cushion. Non-adhesive so they can easily be switched between different pairs of shoes, but they also stay in place well without shifting while wearing.

Found out that my right leg is shorter than the left. Enough height adjust that pain stopped. Working great since arrival. Walking again without discomfort.

The price point was good, but ultimately we ended up returning these. Didn't really support the heel or feel cushion-y, let alone "massaging". They seem really durable however

I suffer from plantar fasclitis and these inner heels really help they are very comfortable

Get a full sole with a gel heel. These are uncomfortable and annoying.
