190 has more wires that 130. so 190 is finer . the number represents wires per inch.

Q: Is this reudable for multiple castings?

Yes, you lose a little each cast where it contacts the molten metal but the rest is fine

Q: Is petrobond comparable to delft clay?

Delft is finer than this 130 mesh product which comes at the expense of lower mold permeability (delft generally requires cutting vents and other workarounds and would just plain fail on larger items). The newer 190 mesh version of this product is much closer to delft in effective grain size and is a closer substitute.
