If you are looking for a book that shows you the proper way to fitness- this is it! As my exercise science professor said: it is all about the fundamental basics of how the body works with fitness and exercise. Therefore, the book is going to be as relevant in the future as much as it is now. This book will teach you how to stretch properly (which stretches to do), exercise, how much exercise you need, the proper shoes to wear well exercising etc.

Never got this product I ordered it last year and never got it the funny thing is that I never had a problem with Amazon before I ask for my money back but I never got it back.

Meh.
Many typos and some questionable fitness recommendations. It has good information on diet and lifestyle choices, but don't expect to learn how to work out.
