A bought a set of these Williams 7 years a go and they are great. This one doesn't have the hex bolster on the shaft like it shows in the picture.

Nice screw driver. I'll be buying more in other sizes. Made in USA. Feels secure in my hand. I like that the hex is on the shank for a wrench if I need more torque but haven't gotten to use it yet.

The picture is incorrect, but the part # for the listing is correct - This is the Stubby #2 driver.Exactly what I was looking for since Williams was dumb and included 2 flat blade drivers in their mixed kit which was supposed to be one flat and one phillips.

95% as good as what came on the tool truck back in the 1990's. Except at a fair price.

From all the glowing reviews, I expected better. I work part time at a bike shop and like some other reviewers, grade screwdrivers on how the Phillips head performs. Frankly, I have a Husky brand (Home Depot) Phillips that outperforms this Williams, when it comes to gripping and turning Philips screws, It's okay but not exceptional and not in the same class as my Wiha's.

I was sent a stubby #2 phillips instead of what is in the picture- a regurlar 3-4'' shaft and regular sized handle. While the stubby is still useful and a good screwdriver, I need the proper handle and shaft size for the work I do.
