Don't think so. This particular unit fits in a cutout hole in the side of the camper.

Can you turn the water flow completely off with the water saving switch on the shower head?

No. The switch of the handheld shower is not completely water-stop, in order to prevent the user from forgetting to turn off the faucet switch.

Can you connect a garden hose to it to supply water?

Thanks for your question. The connections of this shower are G 1/2, but the connection of garden hose is G 3/4, so you must have an adaptor.

Is the door easy enough to remove? I don’t need to use the door as my trailer already has a door to close. Just need the inside parts.

That's what I did, just used the faucet and not the box.
