Vivarin is good to stay alert for late nights, long drives, or mornings when coffee isn’t happening. It gives a simple, reliable boost for mental fatigue and focus. I will try the new smooth energy version soon too.

If you’re not a coffee drinker like myself, nor do the energy drinks.. yep~~ this is my go-to. BUT… the seller takes FOREVER TO SHIP.

Despite other products having the same milligrams of caffeine, this is still the best. I don’t know if its the bioavailability or the inert ingredients, but when I tried other brands and generics, they don’t work as well. Ease of swallow is good (I tend to bite and quarter for faster absorption; it’s not as chalky as others). And despite being a several time per day user over 30 years, my endoscopy hasn’t shown any cancer or ulcers from it, so that’s also a plus…
