ROYMADE Golf Putter Weights 2pcs 5g/10g/15g/20g/25g/30g/35g/40g/45g with Red Wrench Kit Replace for Scotty Cameron Putters

I read some mixed reviews of this weights and tool set but honestly, this product looks exactly the same as others on Amazon with different branding so I’m sure it all comes from the same factory in China. The negative reviews that concerned me the most were that people were receiving a tool that didn’t fit the weights or one of the pins would bend on the tool when trying to remove the original weights from the putter. I decided to give this one a try anyways since those negative reviews seem to plague some of the other ones that look like this on Amazon also. And this one seemed to have the best price. I’m happy to report that 1. The tool’s pin layout fits the weights perfectly and also fit the original Scotty Cameron weights that came with the putter. 2. None of the pins on the tool bent during the removal or installation steps. Note that the weights that the original weights in my putter were in there very snug. I can see how one of the pins on the tool can bend if the tool is not perfectly flush to the weight when trying to unscrew the original weights since they’re in there so snug. When I went to remove my original weights, I made sure to apply pressure to the tool such that the tool was pressed down against the weight to maintain that flushed contact throughout the entire counterclockwise rotation. It’s really just that initial turn that’s tough to do but once you’ve gotten it loose without bending the pin, the rest is easy. I also love the fact this set came with a hard protective case that not only holds the tool and your original weights, there are six additional slots to hold three additional pairs of weights in case you have multiple sets. One last comment - I ordered 40g weights and weighed it on my postal scale, set to grams setting. Each weight weighed exactly 40 grams. Nice. Recommended!

Bought this wrench and weights after getting a new putter. One of the weights in the putter was extremely tight and required me to use an adjustable wrench on the handle of this wrench to get enough torque to loosen the weight. I was worried that this wrench might be durable enough to work but it did the job without any damage.

Perfect fit and the weights look original!

BLUF - Wrench needs a socket adapter and the weights looks great! My Phantom 9 had some kind of thread lock which made removing the original weights very difficult. I ended up scratching the black paint next to the weight. What would help is if this wrench had a socket adapter so you could get more leverage. I ended up using PB Blast penetrating oil and heating up the original weights under hot water to break the thread lock. To the wrenches credit, those pins are very strong. Considering the amount of torque I had to use, I was concerned the pins would break, but they did not.

Fits my Scotty Cameron putter perfectly. Model Golo 6. Amazing how much difference going up just 5 grams per weight can make to the feel.

QC is a little lacking. Got two of the 30g weights and one went smoothly and the other wasn't going down without an alarming amount of force which forced out the o-ring. After looking closer, the rings to prevent water intrusion through the threads were identical. When I looked even closer, I saw that the spacing for the gasket on the actual weight itself wasn't as deep so when threading there was no room for the o-ring. It threads fine without the o-ring, but there's concern that water would enter the body of the putter. Not entirely sure it's worth returning. I should weigh them to make sure they're at least close to the weight described. As far as the weights, didn't think going from 30g total weight to 60g would be that noticeable, but it definitely changes the feel of the putter stroke. Might go down to 40g total weight, so the cost gives me the opportunity to try things out without too much consequence.

Exactly as advertised. You may have to boil the club head for 2 minutes to remove the original weights.

Wrench worked well to remove the original weights. New weights were easy to install.
