They fit funny and aren't very thick.
The strap doesn't seem to go across the top of my foot/ankle where I'd expect it to. The heel "wall" piece isn't very high. I guess so they don't show in shows? I wear them around the house on one foot because I have a leg length discrepancy. I have to add more padding because these are kind of thin. That might be good inside a shoe.

These really helped, and I can wear them all day and forget they're there. Great little product.
I'm an adult dancer with Plantar Fasciitis, and was skeptical these would help at all, but thought I'd try since they didn't cost much. I think they really help. I hate wearing shoes, so was surprised I can keep these on all day and not be bothered by them. I'm also able to do a dance class wearing them because they stay on securely. I ordered additional pairs and they arrived super-quick.

It helped relieve my heel pain while doing chores around the house
I suffer from heel pain and I use this as an additional layer of padding as I do chores around the house. It has made a difference to the level of discomfort I feel while on my feet. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from heel pain
