Pixie is based in the USA (Hollister, MO), and while all of our business is ran state-side, we make the medical-grade silicone in the USA and outsource the production of the cups to China. We hire third-party inspection agencies to test and ensure our manufacturing facility meets quality standards. Our cups are made from 100% medical grade silicone which complies with FDA standards. The large cup is 1/4 of an inch "deeper" than the small cup, and slightly wider which enables it to hold 5 milliliters more than the small cup. The Pixie Cups are slightly on the firmer side although they are softer than a diva cup. Here are the exact measurements:-SMALL: Rim to base of cup length is just under 2 inches with the stem being 1 inch in length. Exact measurements for the small cup (cup size, not including the stem) are 1 and 7/8 of an inch long (4.76cm). Including the stem the small cup is 2 and 7/8 of an inch long (7.3cm). -LARGE: Rim to base of cup length is just under 2 inches with the stem being 3/4 of an inch in length. Exact measurements for the large cup (cup size, not including the stem) are 2 and 1/8 of an inch long (5.4cm). Including the stem the small cup is 2 and 7/8 of an inch long (7.3cm).

Q: Would this work and be comfortable if you have a low sitting uterus?

I also have a low sitting cervix and birthed two kids, the smalls work best in my opinion. Definitely more comfortable than tampons, no cervical pain.
