A great bit of kit. Once I worked out that I should read the instructions better, and a really helpful and swift response from the Topens support team, i.e Zoey. It works great. best thing is its easy to install and connect the the Topens At602 duel swing gate system.

Easy fit and integrates well with the existing system. Recommend getting an electrical box to house the cables coming out of the back of the unit but other than that no issues with delivery or functionality

First keypad sent became faulty quickly, the tamper switch broke so was constantly in tamper and alarm sounding. Also noticed that the keypad was getting very hot. Contacted support with photo of problem and replacement was sent quickly. Compared replacement keypad to original and noticed that the power supply cable connection had been improved where it connected to the keypad circuit board. No problems so far with the replacement.. Good product excellent customer service with next day replacement.

This was easy to fit as a replacement for an AES gate opening panel (but will work with most entry systems) and offers very good functionality at a reasonable price. The touch keypad is clear, works well and should help with weatherproofing. the hood is also a good size to keep off the rain. Programming is straightforward and offers the usual options such as multi length codes and alternative entry numbers, there is also an option for RFID tags.

Fitted this keypad for visitors , we use the remote fobs most of the time, but you will need a keypad yourself if the remote battery goes flat! It’s wired into the main control box so no issues with having to charge it up. It’s been there for over two years in all weathers and no problems, we use the simple pin to open/close but it does have more sophisticated operation with cards etc. Highly recommended, a solid piece of kit. I don’t even mind the flashing red led !

Purchased this wired keypad to go with a TOPENS gate opener. Easy to install and looks a good quality, durable product. Programming the unit was straightforward and allows for lots of different options.

I needed to replace a pair of defective gate closers that had never worked since we moved into our home. The different options on offer and accessories available were what swayed me to TOPENS. Also the value for money compared to other manufacturers available. I purchased the TC175P Touch Panel Wired Keypad to go with the AT1202 gate opener kit and installed it all myself. The instructions were very comprehensive. I have had the TOPENS installed for 3 months now and they have worked without issue. The keypad is standing up to the British weather and functions perfectly. I would certainly recommend TOPENS if you are thinking of automating your gates.
