The handle on my skimmer broke and we had to order another skimmer basket. It works good. No problem with it.

The bottom keeps breaking out of them.

Direct replacement for my skimmer.
After the handle broke off my old one, and then again after gluing it back on, I decided to get a replacement. This worked perfectly. Same design. so I expect another handle failure at some time in the future, but they are affordable enough to replace every few years or so.

Don’t buy
Bought one last summer and the handle and bottom cracked within the first two weeks. Didn’t replace because it was the end of the season. Bought a new one for this summer and again, handle broke second day we had it and half the bottom broke off. Waste of money
