I love this product! Tastes great & a good value for the price.

I found out through bloodwork that I was super low on B vitamins. My primary suggested I search for a strong liquid vitamin to take daily and I landed here. I can affirm that if you're already low on B vitamins you will definitely notice an improvement right away within the first few days of starting on this supplement. My brain fog very noticeably cleared up, and instead of waking up in the morning feeling like a zombie I felt like I ACTUALLY rested at night and can now easily accomplish morning tasks that I struggled with immensely prior to taking this. I honestly can't believe what a difference it makes in my focus and mental processing. I agree with some other reviewers in that it's not like coffee and won't give a "buzz" (especially if you're not low on b vitamins to begin with), but at the end of the work day you will find that you still have the energy to interact with your loved ones and can stay up past 8:00pm whereas before you were probably already burnt out, fuzzy-headed, and craving a nap by lunchtime.

Not a bad taste. Does raise the vitamin B levels. Easy to take good product effectively raised the vitamin B level.

This B-Complex is really great. The taste is a bit tart and oddly sweet, but I can handle that. After prolonged use, I noticed that my energy levels were picking up and overall I felt really good. I have mood imbalances due to digestive issues, but this B-Complex really helps me out. I can definitely tell when I've forgotten to take it in the mornings. I also take this because it helps with my adrenal/thyroid fatigue, and also because I get easily stressed out and have a pretty stressful job. Stress depletes the body very quickly of the B vitamins so I want to make sure that I am keeping my B levels up. I like that this does not contain sugar and does contain pretty good ingredients. I also trust this brand and appreciate the pricing, compared to other very similar products that cost way more than this. One 16 fl oz bottle, at taking one full tablespoon of the liquid sublingually everyday, lasts several months. I definitely recommend!

But I don't know of any product that does. This contains three, although it is best to take all four. It is missing hydroxycobolamine which I take as drops by InterPlexus. After being diagnosed with pernicious anemia about 10 years ago and on daily B12 shots for months, I can not risk not taking supplements. Most adults have lost the intrinsic factor in the gut allowing absorption of pill forms, so sublingual or liposomal sprays are better, or at least liquid forms. I don't have a lot of brand loyalty but figure that experimenting around will get me what I need. If you are experiencing depression, fatigue, hair loss it is worth experimenting to see if these water-soluble vitamins will help you. For years I took just one form and didn't experience much benefit until I discovered all four forms are necessary. Folic acid and B6 help metabolize the B12 correctly. UPDATE: CELIAC ALERT: Although it does not say so in the description, the bottle does state that it is manufactured in a facility that processing other items with the allergens stated on the bottle. I called the company where I spoke with a nutritionist who assured me that this is not only safe, but confirmed that this formulation is one of the best on the market for celiacs to take. B12 deficiency (pernicious anemia) is EXTREMELY serious and potentially life-threatening as the part of the small intestine most compromised by gluten is where B12 and other nutrients are metabolized. With two celiacs in the family I am constantly on the alert! The taste reminds me of B vitamins, (it reminds me of the old Flintstone chewable vitamins I took as a child) so like all water soluble vitamins, it is better to take these after a meal so they don't upset your stomach. I've only taken them once.

This is an absolutely wonderful b-12 supplement for anyone but especially for vegetarians. I recommend it to vegetarians who don't eat meat or fish so they get enough b-12. It has two forms of co-enzyme b-12 as well as the cyano form. I also like that it has a supporting b complex that is not an overload. You actually WANT the complex to be less. Otherwise you can get a B-imbalance. So this is perfect. I buy it all the time and I highly recommend it. [Update 8/25/2014] This product should be used with caution (especially for older people). I found out something interesting about Folic Acid. It turns out that high doses of folic acid (which is the synthetic form of folate) is being linked to undesirable results in the body. This product has a high amount of folic acid. Folic acid has to be converted to folate in the body and when we get older, we can lose that ability so therefore higher doses of folic acid can be undesirable. Since I am older, I am no longer going to use this product because of the high concentration of folic acid. This is a shame because everything else about this product is very good. It is only the folic acid that can be bad for us older folks. If they switched the folic acid ingredient to folinic acid then I would start taking it again. I'm still keeping it at 5 stars because for younger folks this should be fine since a younger person can more than likely handle a higher dose of folic acid. If you are interested, I have switched to taking the regular (not ultra) B-12 of this same brand to get a broad spectrum B complex. It has a much lower dose of folic acid but it also does NOT have the co-enzyme b12 which is not as good. I only take about half the dosage. I then supplement with Methyl-B12 (co-enzyme form of B12), P-5-P (co-enzyme form of B6) and Folinic Acid (this form is not the same as folic acid and is safer to use). The Methyl-B12 and P-5-P are NOW Foods brand and the Folinic Acid is Source Naturals.

As a vegetarian, this is the easiest most efficient way for me to receive my B12. I really appreciate that it has all the other b's for rounding out so as not to unbalance. I always feel better when I take this.

Knowing how important b12 is for health but having no way of testing products I have to assume the label is true. then again how I feel using this product tells a lot and it seems t be good in that test

Not crazy for the taste and seems to not be as efficiant as another higher end brand i used before. Its ok for the price.
