To all of you who is interested to lose weight and look awesome for the summer. Here is my non-bias review/ true story.I want you to know that in order for you to have a high quality life it requires a lot of hard work and doing the same thing over and over and never giving up will create a new life style and this means creating new habits and get rid of the bad habits. There is no miracle drug but I wish I learned about CLA sooner. I've started my fitness journey about 11 Months ago and 3/2815 will be exactly one year.I've lost total of 43LBs of FAT and I've gained 15LBs of muscles.Losing weight is not as hard as you think if you have the right knowledge and are willing to work hard for it. Setting a short/long term fitness goal is very important and by consuming the right supplement could help you to achieve your fitness goal faster and prevent you from giving up so fast because you don't see the result that you wanted.Be honest and be realistic to yourself and your goals. This means DO NOT cheat... don't have a cheat meal every other day, don't eat and celebrate like it's your bday because you lost 5lbs.I've been counting my calories and protein intake and working out twice a day and eating my prep meals 5 times a day isn't just good enough for me any more after I've been sticking to my game plan for 10 months. I want to lose more body fat and build muscles FAST!! But realistically, it's so hard... but doable. For the last 30 days I've been eating about 2000 calories per day (I was only getting 1500 cal per day for 5 months, don't do it unless you know what to eat or else you will lose your muscles) which is 500 more than my average calories consumption but my protein level is even higher. I consume 300GM of protein everyday and based on my height and weight my diet plan will help me to build muscle and burn fat at the same time.I've learned about CLA about 4 months and I've finally decided to purchase it about a month ago. I've always been a big fan of NatureWise because of its name brand and quality I've ordered two bottles of Naturewise's Green Coffee Bean Extract and I take that with my NatureWise's CLA..... I just trust the quality of their product.I've finished my first bottle and a month later... my weight stays the same considering the fact that I've INCREASED my calories intake, especially carbs (gotta have carbs to build mass and lift heavy) and my entire body is more defined.Helpful info - 3400 cal is about 1LB of fat. If you want to gain muscle mass you have to take 2grams of protein per body weight. I weight 195 and I consume over 300GM of protein per day with 2000 calories for the last month and I can still gain mass and lose body fat?! This product SURE helps! Why am I talking about calories and protein all the time? Because most of the reviews here would tell you how much of weight they've lost but most people do not know that when you lose 10lbs 60 usually is fat and 40% is muscle and if you don't have that much mass already and just pure fat... then you are losing 60% of water weight and 40% of fat for each pound you lose. I work out twice a day and each work out is 2 hours... I burn more than 1200 calories per day and with a 2000 calories intake... and high protein intake... I can STILL BE able to get bigger arms and gain mass and lose body fat get ripped?!! CLA works!CLA WILL help you to burn fat and if you want to get the best result you have to count calories and protein intake and must work out. CLA helps me to lose my body fat FASTER and I don't worry about losing my muscles as much.You can't take CLA and still eat bad and still want to lose weight. Impossible.Sorry about the long message but to me, it's very important to have a fundamental beliefs and solid foundation in regards to fitness and goal setting that way you will appreciate NatureWise's product even more. I get very pissed off when I see ppl give this product a 1, 2, or a 3 star. I have a strong feeling that these guys who rated it less than a 4 star usually are the same fat guys that get all pissed off because I lost all the weight and got ripped and I do 200 reps per set on an Ab machine.... and they want to teach me how to work out.Remember what I said earlier about DO NOT CHEAT?! I hate cheaters and I hate ppl who cut corners.... I buy NatureWise's product because they offer the highest quality of product and what I mean by that is that they don't put fillers into the caps and you don't break out like a teenager because some unknown stuff in the caps.Don't be that guy who wants to lose weight but dose not want to eat right and go to the gym.Sorry about the grammar or poor punctuation... just got back from a 3 hour high intensity workout... gotta go.

Background: I don't generally take supplements or review items I've bought for that matter but my experience with the NatureWise CLA 1250 has been interesting so I thought I'd share. I am a 34 year old male and before taking this my weight was 275 lbs plus or minus 2 lbs on any given day for the past 4 years. I workout fairly rigorously in a gym (free weights, full body) twice a week for about an hour and a half and ride between 30 and 45 miles on a mountain bike throughout the week. While I've gone from an almost completely sedentary lifestyle to what I just described only in the past 12 months my weight remained the same in spite of these extra activities and better dieting. I decided to supplement my diet with something natural that wasn't concocted in a lab to see if I could change the status quo without pouncing on my liver.NatureWise CLA 1250: This product is advertised as 100% Non-GMO Safflower Oil that serves to boost metabolism and assist in managing one's weight, acquiring leaner muscles, etc. It suited me fine and the price was right... a modest $19.99 for 180 gel tablets. Good good.My experience: I've been using on average 3-5g of CLA with meals throughout the day for about 4 weeks now and what I can report is that my energy is noticeably up in and out of the gym, my bowel movements are far more frequent/regular, and the clencher for me is that I have not been a pound over 271 for the past week without changing anything else in my lifestyle. I also like that this product doesn't repeat on you all day the way fish oil does. It's virtually flavorless. So while I've only really began seeing a reduction and an end to the weird fluctuation in my weight, I'm confident that I made the right choice buying the product.Additionally, I was sent a free bottle from NatureWise's amazing customer service rep Maggie who got back to me almost instantly after I registered my purchase online. Shipment arrived after work. I ate a healthy dinner of low carb salmon. I finished a short 30 minute work out, felt super fatigued, wanted to go to bed. Forgot I bought this product so I popped one pill for the first time. I ended up watching a video of someone make food on Facebook and was craving dessert. Pulled up my phone and was about to make an UberEATS order for delivery and had to use will power to stop myself. 30 min later, the CLA kicked in. I got an instant burst of energy and I stopped getting the craving for sweets feeling in my stomach like I was satisfied. My muscles from the workout didn’t feel so tired anymore so I got up and did some chores. It’s weird but this stuff works??Update: I've taken this product for 2 weeks so far. I only took 1 pill per meal, 3x a day. I have not really lost much weight at this dosage. I weight 155, 5'5", female. I'm going to up my dosage to 2x a meal now. Even with 1 pill though, I definitely feel a boost in energy. I feel more motivated, less fatigued, and exercise seems so much easier now that I actually WANT to get up and do stuff instead of sitting on my ass watching Youtube!Update: I finished a whole bottle. I did not take this religiously but did up my dose to 3 pills a dose. I found out this product works very well to curb carb cravings and boost energy but after a month, it stopped helping me cut belly fat. I lost maybe 1 inch of my love handles and then my belly stopped shrinking. My hip to waist ratio is now 31/39 where as before it was 32/39. I want to cut my waist down to 29” but this supplement only worked for a bit then stopped. It is still worth a try because it will help to diet and exercise better!
