I keep NoSalt Original Sodium-Free Salt Alternative on subscription for my parents since it can be hard to find locally. It’s a great option for anyone watching their sodium intake. I love that I have this option to reduce my salt intake. It doesn't taste like salt. It tastes slightly different. So it may take a little acclimation. The nice thing is that it can replace salt in baking with little if any difference in taste. I will continue to use this to improve my health.

I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: I have pre-hyper tension, which means I take a small dose of blood pressure meds daily, but that is enough to keep my readings as normal. But if I do not also watch what I eat, I will have High Blood Pressure in full. SALT seems to be the main thing that my Doctor warns me of, because I do not eat much of the other obvious things like FATS and GREASE and SUGARS. So I decided to give this a try. Not soon enough to see a difference on my readings, and I don't usually add much salt anyway because most foods are already salty enough. But I can make these comments. I find it taste pretty much like regular salt. BUT it is very fine making it easy to OVER Salt with NO SALT. It is also a tiny bit more powerful or "salty" than regular salt, so my warning is TAKE IT EASY until you figure out how much works for your taste buds. It does not require as many shakes of the shaker to get the desired results. Too much and it will taste salty. I Recommend. Good Luck.

Nu salt is of course a substitute for salt. So far I'm happy with the product. It has helped with my BP. However, it doesn't have the taste of salt.

I now have edema so I must cut back on my salt intake. And I am a salt lover. My cousin told me about No Salt. When I did a search, I saw there are several alternatives now. I ordered this and Nu Salt to compare. This one is the winner (in my opinion). This truly tastes like salt! I am pleasantly surprised and very happy. It is now in my salt shaker.

Great size for daily use. But, I expected it to taste closer to salt. Has a little bit of a bitter taste.. otherwise packaging was fine.

This is an excellent product that I've used many times over the years in the past. I gave it only three stars because when it arrived it was broken open badly. All the contents from it were scattered throughout the whole box. No packing materials was used around it.
