Great value!
One of the best iron supplements that I have found. This one has Vitamin C included, which you need if you are taking an iron supplement. Vit C helps you absorb iron and taking a lower dose helps prevent and gastro issues. This one does not taste bad and is a great value. It also helps boost my energy level and keeps me from being so sluggish.
