Purchased: Cable Matters 2-Pack 2-Port HDMI Wall Plate in White (4K UHD, ARC, and Ethernet pass-thru support) Review: Works great, looks great, easy to install. Can't speak to 4k/HDR though as we don't have any 4k/HDR media devices. That being said: most bad reviews I see do not specify what cable or length of cable they are using in-wall, so I'm hesitant to say the plate "wouldn't work" for 4k/60FPS. My very short run ended across a bedroom up needing to utilize 35' of cable which will not support 4k @ 60FPS. I think any CL3 cable you are going to find that says it supports 4k @ 60FPS is going to max out at 25' (and it's risky at that length). With the high bandwidth needed for 4k, you really should be trying to place this devices as close as possible to your TV or projector. Even if you were just going up a wall under a TV I'd expect your entire setup to use about 10' of cable. Most recommendations to get 4k/60fps/HDR will say keep the cable length to under 3-6' max so introducing these plates plus three additional cables between all your devices you are already going over (plus lots of connectors to cause problems). TL;DR: It's all about bandwidth. Longer cables cause losses with reduce how much bandwidth you can use (high-frequency losses). I wouldn't recommend wall plates for 4k @ 60FPS unless you are talking about a very short run in-wall. Verify all of your cables are not something you've had lying around since the XBOX 360 days. Above all: always test your setup out before doing an install.
