Doesn’t work on any laptop
Very poor service. Product doesn’t work. Then they say they will replace it but they haven’t replaced the product. On top of that calling me again and again to make me purchase more products from them.

needed it for work. it is easy to program and works fine so far. PS: why did DEll decide to do the laptop lock holes smaller for their new models? so we can all by new locks? my old ones work fine but now useless!

Dass das Schloß nur gegen das Mal-eben-Wegtragen hilft, ist natürlich klar. Gegen Gewalt ist das nicht ausreichend. Das Schloß ist nicht gerade vertrauenerweckend, was die Langlebigkeit anbelangt. Kleiner Schlüssel, bei dem man schon fummeln muß, bis er richtig einrastet. Die waren früher robuster ausgelegt und hatten oft noch einen Schutzring aus Gummi zum Verhindern von Kratzern.

The lock gets often stuck with the correct code and is impossible to unlock. You have to wiggle it and move around the combinations back and forth and pray that it will unlock at some point. Missed a couple of meetings because of this. Don't recommend.
