What I like is that this product includes alpha gpc + uridine. From what I read online they should be taken together. I don't get a big stimulant affect but really like how clear my thoughts and verbal communication is after taking a dose. I plan to cycle this a bit but would purchase again.

Wow this really works Ive taken it with out a meal unless coffee is a contender for that. And no stomach issues Felt bright clear and energized without feeling jittery or overwhelmed or heightened blood pressure. thank goodness something that works yayy
