Portable Air Conditioner, Mini Personal Evaporative Air Cooler With 4 Speeds, Oscillation/Humidifier/Timing Function, Small Desktop Cooling Fan With Led Light& Remote Control For Room Office Camping

First, the seller did not ship our cooling fan until 8 days after we ordered it. We were wondering if we were going to receive it at all. After contacting the seller, we were told it was arriving on a certain date but it did not arrive for 4 days after that. We unpacked the cooling fan the day it arrived and set it up. Everything worked well...both the fan and the remote control...but when we touched the button "Natural" on the remote control, everything stopped and we could not get anything to work at all. We let it rest for a day and then turned it on again. It seems the remote control reset itself overnight. Everything is working...for now.

As of today this item stopped working. I checked the conections on both ends plus I also checked the connection for the USB port. Everything is properly connected I also checked the remote to make sure it was good. I want this product to be replaced at no charge to me. When it worked it was great. It just stopped no for warningPlease let me know what you are going to do either replace it or I what my money back right away on it

It is very quiet and satisfactory to use, but it cannot be used without the power supply.

The sponge was not even mentioned in the instructions nor was there a pic of it. Instructions are not very clear-very confusing!

The fan is nice enough and produces pleasing white noise, although I don't have any need for the colored lights. However, the small water reservoir makes the evaporative cooling very short lasting. I packed the reservoir full of ice and then filled it with cold water from the refrigerator. I placed the fan on a window sill to draw in arid outside air rather than recirculating humid indoor air. Even though there was no direct sun shining on it, the ice melted really quickly. After that, the unit just added humid mugginess to the air and did no cooling whatsoever. I only use it as a simple fan now.

I moved into a small studio that doesn't have any ac and this tiny portable air conditioner doesn't do anything. The fan works great but the cooling part doesn't work at all even when I put ice cubes in the water tank. It's not to noisy.

As a desk fan this is fine, however to promote this fan as a portable A/C is a gross overstatement. This product should in no way be described as anything more than a fan.

Update - while the fan didn't do as I personally wanted, it is a nice and quiet fan. I had a pleasant conversation with the seller that helped me work with my issue and all has been resolved.I bought this to help my little office area stay cool this summer. I haven't gotten it to do more than blow air like a regular fan. Cannot get the spray function to work (yes I have the water correct). If I hear back and get clear instructions I may change my review. Otherwise it goes back.

I have not put ice in the container on the unit yet but it is cool just with water. I used the unit in the kitchen when the oven was on. It cooled things down considerably. I am going to buy a second one for next summer.

Not an air conditioner. It's a humidifier when it sprays water. You don't feel any difference. It's not strong. Would not recommend for a big room. Table fan or desk fan is alright.

Great little unit and was only disappointed with the "sleep" option which I had hoped would keep the panel dark through the night and it does not. The panel lights up randomly.

Great for smaller rooms but would like larger water container
