I buy this topcoat all the time and it is amazing. It helps my polish dry really fast and prevents chips and makes my polish last longer. Super shiny too. I couldn't find it in my local stores lately so ordered on Amazon. You can see how it arrived. I asked for a replacement or refund as it shipped and sold from Amazon and they refused and told me to contact Essie, who told me they don't replace items sold by Amazon. So there you have it. Out polish and money.

The color is as described. I love how natural and clean my nails look! 2 coats of step 1 and 1 coat of step 2 and you’re all set. This will guarantee that your nails dry immediately. I’m a personal trainer and my nails have stayed in tacked with no chip for over a week.

Color in pic is fairy tailor. I got this set because this was the type of polish they used at my salon for a regular manicure and I’ve never had nail polish last so long or be so strong. I have weak natural nails that don’t grow long on their own. I’ve done at home DIY gel manicures to myself for years and got so sick of it. Gel is great but is so much upkeep, takes forever, and destroys your nails underneath. This really does wear like gel without any of the downsides to gel. I did two coats of the color and one top coat in this pic. It comes right off with nail polish remover and doesn’t need a uv light. I’ll be getting more colors for sure.

I never painted my nails because it always chips and I just look like a hobo. But I found this polish and paired with the clear coat, I look like a woman who has her life together!! The polish lasts 2 weeks.. and I work with my hands making jewelry and as a bartender so they get a lot of wear and tare. They will chip a tiny bit around the top edges but nothing bad.. I only take it off when it’s too grown out!!I did notice my nails getting a little brittle after months of using it so between colors I’ll put on some hard as nails to give them some nourishment.. and I also started just putting it on under the polish and it hasn’t effected the lasting ware at all!

The Essie gel couture longwear top coat is one of my favorite top coats. At first I thought I wouldn't be able to use this without a UV gel lamp, but it is actually made to work without one; the "gel couture" in the name is just meant to simulate the look of gel nail polish. Like the rest of the Essie nail products, this has a wide brush that allows you to cover most nails in one stroke, and it does not remove or disturb the underlying nail polish. It dries fairly quickly and leaves a very glossy finish. It helps keep my nail polish chip-free for about an extra day compared to using my Essie quick dry nail polish without it. I would recommend this.The Essie "Here to stay" base coat is great (not to be confused with the Essie "grow stronger" base coat, which is awful). It has a wide brush which makes it easy to apply to each nail in one stroke, dries quickly so I don't have to wait long before applying my nail polish, and keeps my Essie quick dry nail polish on for 2-3 days without chipping. I would recommend this.

Smooth application and last a long time. I would recommend using the top coat (step 2) for extra durability and shine.One coat provides good coverage, I used 2.

I like the product but wasting time in asking for an invoice..why like this ?some.apps can download receipts but amazon..2 times happened..If have other options I will not order on amazon again.. bad experience..
