This refurbished phone was in excellent condition and exactly as described. The screen was flawless and already had a scratch resistant screen protector on. The casing was also in immaculate condition. The camera is wonderful. The battery life is fine and no less than a new device. The phone is fully functional in every way. There was an EE app on the phone already but the phone was not carrier-restricted and took my Vodafone sim card just fine. The sound quality is normal, per a new device. This was £30 cheaper than Backmarket for the same item, which we had to return due to a faulty sim tray. The seller shipped the item promptly and it was received 3 days later, as promised. Thank you and I will certainly be buying from you again.

EXERCISE CAUTION WITH THIS SELLER!! Looks good but it died on me after only using it for approx 20mins and WOULDN'T COME BACK ON until the next day. Opened a Youtube high-def video and it crashed and remained off!! Youtube and Playstore were the only programs open!! I purchased this phone that looked like a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and the diagnostics showed it as a Samsung device, but a professional I had to bring it to suggested that it was an OLDER SAMSUNG MODEL INTERNALLY, hence the glitches and crashes when using it, as the S22 software couldn't properly support the outdated hardware. Sadly the diagnostics tests didn't detect discrepancies on the internal parts, since it seems to still have Samsungs software. I returning the phone on Nov 29, 2024 and requested my refund, but the seller insisted on sending it back to me, claiming the phone was fine. I had to involve Amazon to get a resolution. The device is unreliable and I'd be suspicious about its true model. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Phone condition: Internal - 1/5 - doesn't operate like a S22, slow, glitches videos, crashes, doesn't come back on until after a few hours even though it was updated and fully charged. External - 4/5 - good though fine scratches on screen, but only can see them at certain angles.

This is the 2nd renewed phone bought from Amazon (can't beat saving 1000 pounds and getting a competent phone with warranty). The S22 Ultra is overall a great flagship phone from yesteryear. Only downsides are lack of expandable storage and what feels like a less competent camera to my 5-year old S10+ (in well-lit conditions). This renewed unit was stated to be in "Excellent" condition and both exterior and battery is living up to that designation. The screen, however, has a burn-in from the navigation bar (see attached image), which apparently is what eventually happens to OLED displays when continuously on. I would only wish that the seller had offered a partial refund rather than just to return the phone; returning it and transferring to yet another phone is simply too much hassle. An almost fully satisfied customer here.

This my first purchase of a refurbished phone on Amazon. The one in particular: Samsung S22 Ultra 256GB in Excellent Condition bought in 2024. For a while I was apprehensive about buying one from Amazon as you are giving a general picture of the product you are interesting in. So, for that reason I was looking through Ebay as you gauge the quality of the phones with many pictures etc and I was close to buying one but the I couldnt get one for what I would say was the right price. Amazon, only uses rating category, which goes from good, very good to excellent and obviously the price is determined. I chose 'excellent', but like I said I bit apprehensive as you still don't want to commit to buying something if it arrives as isn't deemed to be 'excellent condition'. Especially when you are putting a few hundred quid down. Anyway I took the gamble knowing Amazon has a 1 year gaurentee. It arrived and at first was a tad annoyed as it had a chip in the corner of the frame of the phone. But then I looked at condition of the phone overall such as the screen was all in still in tack, not a single scratch, and the same with rest of the phone, the camera lens wete still clear and the back looks as though did its never been used it did look excellent. I will add, that my phone did not arrive in an original Samsung Box, it was however, nicely packaged in box by the refurbishment company. I personally would have preferred the original box, but that's just me being picky. Overall, I am happy with this purchase, as the phone works, it's a Samsung its a quality product and that's what I have received, even refurbished. I will probably do this again down the line.

Phone came in excellent condition, no marks or scratches. Well worth the money. Phone quality is perfect. Battery perfect Looks great.

Ottimo telefono, anche se spesso si blocca la fotocamera e mi va in errore fotocamera , non mi fa più le foto dopo un po rifunziona. Per un telefono rigenerato non dovrebbe esserci un problema del genere!!!!! Ho preferito non rimandarlo indietro solo perché avevo trasferito già tutti i file sul nulla telefono, con la speranza che non sia un problema costoso da risolvere, ma non sono stata soddisfatta del venditore!

Il telefono è stato ricevuto un paio di giorni dopo l'ordine, nel suo imballo originale e con il cavo originale di ricarica. Lo stato dichiarato era "buono" ma il telefono era perfetto con un paio leggere "hairlines" sullo schermo che sono scomparse all'applicazione della pellicola protettiva. Sono molto soddisfatto!
