As one of those (🏳️‍🌈) who can't sit in a chair right, I've found 5 wonderful ways to sit in this chair like an absolute goof so far, and all of them are wonderful.

The joint between the base and the castor wheel breaks.

Probably the saddest thing is that having a kneeling chair has helped my lower back pain. This chair on the other hand is so poorly constructed that it broke almost immediately. First went the wheels. I thought, no biggie, I'll get new wheels. Properly installed them and about a week later they broke as well where they attach to this very cheaply built chair. Gorilla glue actually held longer than the steel on the underside of this chair. Now the weld from under the seat has broken on one side and once the other side goes, I have no way of fixing it. I doubt Gorilla glue will do the trick this time, not that I won't try. I don't have enough money to be wasting it on a chair that gives only a few months of use.The backrest is completely unnecessary by the way. But the bars on the side are super helpful when getting in and out of the chair. So when I inevitably need to search for a replacement I'll be looking for that feature.

There was a part that I needed to be replaced when I got my chair, and the customer service was beneficial and ended up just shipping me a whole new one for free, no hassle. While I was very appreciative of this, there are a few things that could be changed. The instructions are god-awful. They numbered all of the parts but then don't tell you what numbered part to put together throughout a majority of the instructions. They didn't even finish the instructions and I had to figure out what last bits needed to be put together. Once I actually put it all together and sat done, it was nice and comfy for a bit until I realized it would be a lot comfier if it had something to rest your shins and/or feet on. I also think that the metal holding the back support up could be a bit stronger. I'm 205lbs and I leaned on it a little bit here and there and I just had to bend the back support back up where it should be. One more thing that I think should be changed is the pad for the knees to sit on. I think that either having side support or making the padding a little wider would be nice because since the foam has sunken a little from my knees, it's dipping on the outside while staying fluffed in the middle, which makes my knees want to slide off of the sides of the knee pad. If the company would fix up these things, then this would be the best chair ever.
