Worked well. I’d been prescribed olive oil ear drops, which had only worked so much, and was advised by Audiology to try something else whilst I waited for an appointment. These have helped to further reduce ear wax and while the sudden scoosh of liquid into your ear is disconcerting at first, as is the fizzing and cracking as it goes to work, I soon became used to it. Audiology appointment this week, but have been advised to keep this spray handy, and use once or twice a week. Would highly recommended.

I bought this 7 days ago it does soften ear wax as described but I've used it for few days now to try get wax out as yet my right ear is still blocked and might have to buy something else because syringe ears now can cost up to 60pounds at doctors not free anymore

During an audiology appointment as a sign of old age, I was told my right ear was completely blocked despite cleaning them regularly. This wasn’t the cause of underlying hearing loss but drops were recommended. After reading reviews and not willing to pay initially for professional cleaning I opted for these. Following instructions I noted over 5 days of spraying twice a day a significant amount of wax removal to the point it now seems clear. I recommend you give these a try. You shouldn’t be disappointed

I had a blocked ear for a few weeks and my usual remedies for this were not working. I came across this product and ordered it. The sprayer on it works very well and is easy to use, which I found to be much better and easier than using drops. I used it twice a day and massaged my ears, (as recommended). (I am unfortunately fairly impatient with things like this and if products don't appear to be working the first or second time, then I convince myself that they won't work!) After the first two applications, I was convinced that it wasn't working. But I tried to be patient and persevered with it for the next three days. After this time, my ear was totally unblocked and my hearing was back to normal and I have not had any more issues since then. It has been very effective. Through my experience of using this product, I would highly recommend it. I found it to be excellent value for money and I would definitely purchase this product again.
