I bought the queen blanket for my platform queen bed. It was advertised at 90 x 90. The exact measurements were 92.5 x 97. The blanket hung down on the sides of my platform much too far. I like the fabric, the weave and coolness for a summer blanket so I decided to shrink it. I washed it in hot water (no detergent) and a hot dryer. After the first laundering, there was considerable lint in the trap and the blanket shrunk about 5 inches in each direction. After the second laundering, it had shrunk a total of 7 inches. I gave it one more laundering without any further shrinkage. If you were to wash the blanket in cool or warm water and use a cooler dryer setting, I'm sure the shrinkage would not be that noticeable, if any. I suspect they deliver the blanket in a larger than specified size to compensate for any shrinkage.By the third laundering, there was hardly any lint in the trap. The blanket feels just as soft as it did when I opened the package. The blanket is so lightweight that it was easy to launder.

Surprised by the quality of this little throw. It showed up neatly packaged, there was no odor at all when I opened it. Well-stitched, 100% cotton as advertised and very soft! I washed and dried it before placing on the bed. Came out very nice, no wrinkles, no shrinkage. It is a very light-weight throw tho. Something that I would have used more as a beach blanket back in the day. But I didn't buy it for warmth, just wanted to add an extra layer of color to my grandma's quilt. And for that it's perfect! I was skeptical about the color coral as I hoped it wouldn't be too pinkish. It is not. It is a very pretty soft peach almost. I ordered a set of pillow covers and they are a perfect match. If you're looking for a light-weigth throw, you can't beat this.

From the reviews, I was concerned about the quality of this oversized blanket, but I gave it a shot anyway.The good:First, it is clearly tagged 100% cotton and it feels like it is indeed 100% cotton. Second, I washed and dried it before use per the care tag, and had no lint in the washer and almost none in the dryer. It does not have "holes in the waffle weave" and there was no change in the consistency of the color or major shrinkage after washing and drying. If anything, I may try bumping up the dryer to normal instead of low to see if I can shrink it a bit on the next wash - this thing is huge. It is also as soft as any waffle weave I have ever run across.The not so good:I was not aware that this blanket wasn't a single piece construction. It appears that it is made from a weave that is 8 feet wide by 10 feet long with another strip that is roughly 1 foot wide by ten feet long stitched onto each of the two long sides. I was not expecting that, it lays nicely on a king mattress, but it may end up being a weak spot in the long run. Upon expanding the picture on the Amazon page, I can now see the full length seam.Overall, I am pleased with the quality, color and fit.

I bought a queen size cream color and it is so beautiful. It is soft and cozy, warm but not hot. I have a similar blanket ( 17 yrs old, going strong) that I actually travel with because it doesnt trap heat like synthetics. The price is a lot, but the blanket is plenty big and cotton is hard to find. If you dont want it to shrink wash cold, dry 5 mins to remove wrinkles then drape on a bed to air dry.

Pretty color. All Cotton which is the only blanket I will buy. It is lightweight. This is similar to a thermal blanket but is not advertised as such. It is not a soft blanket but it won’t rip you to shreds by any means. It did shed some lint after being dried but in my experience most blankets will. It is exactly what I wanted. I would rather layer another blanket or throw in Winter than have a heavy blanket. I am pleased with my purchase.

This is exactly what I wanted. This blanket is soft and has a beautiful texture to it. Because it’s cotton, it breaths and isn’t hot. I wanted something to cover my bed that looked pretty but I didn’t want a comforter. This does the job perfectly. I just washed it and it held up great. No complaints. I’ll probably order another for the guest room.

My Pinterest inspo came to life with this bedding I ordered. I loved every piece. Great price for all the items. The only thing I wish was that this throw was a bit thicker. Other than that I love it.

Really love this blanket. Living in Texas, weather is all over the place here. I needed something light yet a little weight to use when the fall comforter is too much. This will be perfect. I washed on cold, permanent press cool dried and came out perfect.

I bought two of these. The first night on the bed I woke up in a lather of sweat. They are polyester, not cotton as advertised. The surface is shiny and there are no cotton fibres to be seen. I sent both back for a refund.
