Almost at the end of my second bottle of this, so figured it was time to weigh in. For context, I am a 38-year-old, 242lb, multi-ply powerlifter.I have been across the board on different supplements I have taken in the past 4 years or so trying to find what works. Rice flour is used as an anti-caking agent, preventing clumps, and as a flow agent. It is a common, all-natural ingredient in tablets and capsules for effective encapsulation. The quantity is extremely small considering it's listed as an "other ingredient" in our formula."So, you're purchasing a product with "other ingredients" that have next to zero health benefits. Why spend money on that?You can purchase Ajuga Turkestanica Extract in its pure form without any fillers or binders. I've seen companies that sell this product starting at 500-gram packets for under $30. That is way less than you're paying for this product and you get a heck of a lot more.The recommended dose, per day, is around 500 - 1000mgs per day which is 1-2/10 of a teaspoon. A small amount, in comparison to these capsules that aren't tiny, so you're paying for fillers and binders that are only used to lubricate the machines during scale production.Garbage!
